Shipping policy
At Unipack Solution, Inc., we strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment has been received and verified. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as transit times may vary depending on carrier performance, freight scheduling, and external factors beyond our control. We offer shipping through various carriers, including parcel and freight (LTL) services depending on order size and weight.
For large or palletized orders shipped via freight carriers, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and able to receive the shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing and reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to properly document and report damages at the time of delivery may result in denial of a claim.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination, and are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Risk of loss and title for all products passes to the customer upon delivery. Unipack Solution, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or inability to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, storage, or redelivery fees. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
