Refund policy

All sales from Unipack Solution, Inc. are considered final except in cases where products are proven to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled. Customers must inspect all shipments upon receipt and submit any claims in writing within forty-eight (48) hours for damaged or incorrect items and within seven (7) calendar days for any defects. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the goods as delivered.

Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom orders, special-order products, clearance items, and any opened or used goods are strictly non-returnable. Unipack Solution, Inc. reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of all returns.

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%).

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days following inspection of returned goods. Exchanges are limited to replacement of defective or incorrectly shipped items only. Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unipack Solution, Inc. disclaims all liability for damages arising from improper use, handling, or storage of products after delivery and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms set forth in this policy.
